📋 Before you send

  • Ask for the price in writing — the rate per kg, the minimum charge, and whether delivery in Sri Lanka is to the port or to the door.
  • Ask what they accept. Each business has its own list, and Sri Lanka Customs limits some goods (medicines, electronics in quantity, food). Check before you pack.
  • Keep a list of what is in each box and a photo of it sealed.
  • Get a receipt with the business name, the weight and the amount paid.
  • Something went wrong? Tell the business first in Lion Messenger. If it is not sorted, write to Italy Lions from the Contact page.
