Italy Lions is a community platform. It does not replace the police, an ambulance or the fire service, and nothing on this page reaches them.
What happens to a report
Every report is read by Italy Lions safety. If an investigation finds it proven, that driver or member is removed from Italy Lions — the account is suspended, the vehicle stops carrying passengers, and they lose Lion Transport.
Reports are not published and the person reported is never shown who filed one. A report that is not proven stays on file; it is not held against anybody on its own.
